Shipping and Delivery

In order to provide a simple and agreeable shopping experience, RecyclArt jewelry sets are shipped anywhere with a flat rate of $22 USD through the Costa Rica certified mail system, with a 10-day delivery schedule, or $35 USD for the Costa Rica messenger service EMS, traceable online, requiring signature on delivery, with a 5-day schedule.

If you prefer to use a different service or have your own messenger service account, please indicate which service in the comments form at time of check-out. Any additional shipping charges will apply. Please carefully fill out the Order Form. We will contact you by email to confirm.

Some international destinations may be subject to customs fees or import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. RecyclArt has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be since customs policies vary widely from country to country. These charges are not included in the product price.

Returns

Regrettably, RecyclArt cannot receive product returns or make exchanges.

Payments

For your protection, RecyclArt uses PayPal services as our payment portal. You are not required to have your own Paypal account; you may use your credit card (Amex, Visa or Mastercard) as you would with any other online purchase. Should you prefer to make a credit card purchase directly through us, please contact us by email, providing the item’s description, number and price, as well as the shipping address of order.
All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipping.

Product Quality

Unless otherwise specified, the merchandise is bought as confirmed visually, from photos or on Internet. Though every precaution has been taken, the colors of the fabric as seen on the computer screen may vary slightly from the actual articles.

Wholesale Purchases

The unique hand-crafted RecyclArt eco-jewelry offered on our website are are one of a kind pieces, none is mass produced. Because we work with a number of groups of women, we are fortunate to generally have a consistent supply of inventory. We are able to offer some articles at a discounted price based on volume purchasing. Minimum orders may vary depending on item. RecyclArt will provide background information for purposes of assisting its wholeseller with merchandising, including information sheets for display with photos, in English, Spanish or French. We readily answer product and project questions through Skype, in order to prepare your personnel for the sale of our unique product.
